About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fircosoft Configuration Manager to support the configuration and implementation of Fircosoft / LNRS Watchlist Utility Manager (WUM) and Screening Output Configuration (SOC) solutions within the banking environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in sanctions list management, watchlist configuration, integration design, testing and deployment across multiple systems and stakeholders.

This role requires strong functional expertise in Fircosoft solutions and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical configuration and downstream integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Fircosoft / LNRS WUM and SOC, including watchlist files, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows and output generation.
• Manage the end-to-end sanctions list management lifecycle, including watchlist ingestion, consolidation, governance and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into functional WUM/SOC configurations and integration specifications.
• Design and configure target file structures, field mappings, validation rules, mandatory fields, identifiers and country/list ownership rules.
• Support integration with downstream non-Fircosoft screening systems via Shared Folder, API, SFTP, Managed File Transfer (MFT), RIH, bespoke applications and RPA solutions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, LNRS vendors, country stakeholders and integration teams to gather requirements and resolve functional gaps.
• Prepare functional specifications and support solution design discussions.
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios, analyse defects and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support deployment activities, operational handover and post-implementation support.
• Ensure solution configurations comply with sanctions screening governance and business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Proven experience working with Fircosoft / LNRS Watchlist Utility Manager (WUM) and Screening Output Configuration (SOC) .
• Strong knowledge of sanctions screening and sanctions list management processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring:Watchlist filesField mappingsValidation rulesApproval workflowsOutput generation
• Experience supporting integration with downstream systems through Shared Folder, API, SFTP, MFT, RIH, bespoke applications or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Good understanding of data structures, file formats, encoding, mandatory fields and validation logic.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management and production deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced banking environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in APAC banking environments.
• Experience supporting multi-country sanctions screening implementations .
• Exposure to Firco Continuity and other LNRS products.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC and Financial Crime Compliance processes.
• Experience working on large-scale banking transformation or regulatory projects.
