The Role

The Business Management Trainee role is designed for high-potential individuals who want hands-on exposure to how a high-growth company is run. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team, rotate across multiple departments within your first year, and gain end-to-end visibility of Lapasar’s business. This role offers a steep learning curve and clear long-term career progression.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team
  • Rotate across multiple departments to gain broad business exposure
  • Drive execution on key projects
  • Develop a deep understanding of Lapasar’s operations, commercial model, and decision-making in a hands-on, on-the-job way.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years’ experience in any business-relevant field
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial experience (startup, own business, side projects) is an advantage
  • High ownership, adaptability, and learning mindset
  • This role requires working across different departments and learning quickly.

Salary Range : RM 3500 - RM 4500
