About the Role

Are you passionate about people, workplace culture, and learning how Human Resources operates behind the scenes? We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR and administrative functions, providing valuable experience in a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily HR and administrative operations.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Support attendance tracking and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal events when required.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
