Ecommerce Integration Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)

At Clarks, we’re shaping the future of our global digital marketplace – and we’re looking for an Ecommerce Integration Specialist to help bring it to life.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in onboarding new brands onto our marketplace, ensuring their data, systems, and integrations connect seamlessly with our platform.

The Role

As Marketplace Integration Specialist, you’ll own the technical onboarding of third-party sellers, working across systems, teams, and partners to ensure a smooth path from initial setup through to launch and beyond.

You’ll act as the bridge between our internal data platform and external brand systems, guiding partners through integrations and resolving issues to ensure everything is set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new marketplace sellers
• Configure and manage product feeds, integrations, and data flows
• Support brands with technical setup and platform onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues pre- and post-launch
• Work closely with Ecommerce, Product Data, Tech, and Operations teams
• Help define and improve processes and ways of working as the marketplace grows
• Ensure high standards of catalogue quality and launch readiness

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical mindset and hands-on experience working with platforms and integrations.

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience with ecommerce platforms or integration tools (e.g. Marketplacer, Mirakl, ChannelAdvisor or similar)
• Strong understanding of product data, feeds, and ecommerce workflows
• Experience working with APIs, spreadsheets, or data integration tools
• A track record of onboarding sellers, clients, or systems onto a platform
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve integration challenges

And you are:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Able to navigate ambiguity and build processes from scratch
• A clear communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-focused and organised, with strong problem-solving skills
