About the Company
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager for a Bursa-listed regional manufacturing group with operations across SEA.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will lead the regional corporate finance function. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position explicitly structured within the executive succession plan. The role will be systematically molded and mentored to serve as the direct successor to the CFO.
- Group consolidation and financial reporting
- Bursa reporting and regulatory compliance
- Treasury, tax and holding company finance
- Board and Audit Committee reporting
- Corporate exercises, including M&A, restructuring, fundraising and due diligence
Required Skills
- 10+ years in Group reporting and consolidation
- Strong MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Listing Requirements knowledge
- Listed-company exposure
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Audit foundation or strong technical accounting depth
- Confidence engaging the CFO, Board, auditors, bankers and advisers
