Kelayakan

  •  3 to 5+ years of proven experience in Media, Publishing, Digital Advertising, PR, or Marketing
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
  • Strong presentation, networking, and pitching abilities to influence high-level decision-makers
  • Comfortable with digital media platforms, online advertising spaces, and data-driven market research
  • Skilled at closing advertising or partnership deals and handling client contracts
  • Existing contacts and familiarity with local media and marketing landscapes are a strong advantage

Tanggungjawab

 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brands, corporate clients, SMEs, and Media/Advertising/PR Agencies to drive revenue growth from both existing and new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver integrated advertising proposals, sales presentations, and customised campaign solutions to clients and agencies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies across online and offline advertising, events, sponsorships, content partnerships, and integrated media solutions to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns while attending to clients’ and agencies’ requirements and ensuring good customer service and after-sales support.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, industry engagement, and relationship-building activities to generate advertising revenue for the company.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and optimise advertising performance to maximise ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, sales procedures, and operational protocols while maintaining high service standards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with the approved Sales Compensation Plan.
