Responsibilities

Client Support

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and chat using clear and courteous language.
• Log issues, track progress, follow up until resolution, and escalate to consultants when necessary.

Communication & Documentation

• Prepare meeting notes, concise client summaries, and basic client facing documents.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM promptly.

Team & Process Support

• Coordinate client calls, prepare simple materials, and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Suggest small process improvements to make client handovers and responses smoother.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM / O level or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Entry level role, approximately 0 years of formal work experience expected.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong verbal and written Communication.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Patient, empathetic, and detail oriented in client interactions.
• Organised, responsible, and able to follow processes with minimal supervision.
