Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Manage daily branch routines including opening and closing, cash handling, and POS reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and organise incoming deliveries to keep shelves filled.

Customer & Team Support

• Provide friendly, solution-focused customer service and handle enquiries or escalations appropriately.
• Support and train branch staff on product knowledge, basic sales techniques, and safe handling procedures.

Administrative & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports and communicate operational updates to head office.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety checks, and assist with minor maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of retail or store coordination experience, preferably in in-store retail environments.
• Secondary education or equivalent, with any retail operations training considered an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Customer Service, Effective Communication, and proven Problem Solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, basic cash handling, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong Organisational Skills and Self-Motivation to manage daily priorities and follow processes.
• Calm, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with a small team.
