Who We’re Looking For:

·         Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

·         Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in property or real estate.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

·         Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (off-days provided in lieu).

·         Knowledge of property sales procedures, financing options, and legal documentation is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

·         Aggressively promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.

·         Engage with walk-in, phone, and online inquiries, turning prospects into satisfied buyers.

·         Conduct property viewings, highlight key features, and communicate pricing and benefits effectively.

·         Follow up persistently with potential buyers and close deals efficiently.

·         Stay updated on project offerings, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property agents, and key stakeholders.

·         Drive sales initiatives, participate in launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

·         Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance, and share insights with management.
