Sepenuh Masa Sales Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,800 in Ideatect Concept Seremban - Maukerja

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role within the construction industry

1. Strong understanding of construction materials, processes and industry trends
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
4. Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools
5. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field

What you'll be doing 

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction industry, to contact customers assigned by the Marketing Team.
2. Engage with potential clients for renovation and interior design services business (Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Melaka) to understand their needs and requirements, to arrange appointments and conduct site visits to customers’ house.
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services, detailed quotations based on the agreed specifications at a right time to a right customer and respond promptly to all customer inquiries.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Collaborate with the technical team to provide expert advice and support to clients, liaise with the designer and provide necessary information during the preparation of plans and 3D drawings.
6. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline, to monitor, track, update and record each customer’s progress, including follow-ups, site visits, quotation and etc.
7. Accountable assisting the Manager, Sales in building and managing the sales force and distribution network capable of marketing to grow sales and hit high volume targets.
8. Ensure each project is completed successfully and in accordance with the contract before the final handover to the customer and also follow-up and monitoring of customer payment status
9. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, also participate in social media content creation for marketing purposes (project handover & customer interviews)
