Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify pest activity and infestation risks.
Implement effective pest management solutions using industry-approved methods, including pesticides, baiting systems, and traps.
Handle and apply pest control products safely and responsibly in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Educate customers on pest prevention measures, sanitation practices, and long-term control strategies.
Maintain accurate service records and prepare clear documentation of inspections and treatments performed.
Provide prompt, professional, and customer-focused support when responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Stay informed on the latest pest control technologies, products, and industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations at all times.
Requirements
Certified NEA Vector Control Technician/NEA Vector Control Worker.
Possession of a Class 3 Driving Licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
Comfortable working outdoors and in various environmental conditions.
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
