With a growing customer base across Asia, they are expanding their commercial team to support continued growth in the Singapore market.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities in Singapore.

In this role, you will identify and engage prospective clients, qualify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team. You will play an important role in expanding the company's customer base and contributing to its commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
• Identify and qualify potential customers across SME and enterprise organisations.
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using the CRM system.
• Understand customer business needs and communicate the value of the company's HRMS solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar client-facing sales role.
• Experience in SaaS, HR technology, HRMS, payroll, or other B2B software solutions would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and manage multiple opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging with business decision-makers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is preferred.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
