Job Scope

Support up to 3 Directors in the following areas below:

• Act as a primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external parties, e.g., handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and events. This includes coordinating with other internal/external parties, ensuring there are no conflicts, and sending reminders.

• Make travel arrangements and put up travel claims, working in concert with the Management team.

• Maintain high levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive personal and business information.

• Manage office administrative tasks, such as maintaining and organising electronic/physical files and records, maintaining Directors' profiles and photos, and putting up claims such as transport, medical, entertainment, etc.

• Cover the other PA's duties during periods of absence.

• Perform any other work-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Min Diploma holder
• Relevant Personal/Executive Assistant experience

Contract Duration: 1 year

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8.5 Hours/Day  
• Fridays: 8 Hours 
• Saturdays: Day Off 
• Lunch: 1 hour

Location: Middle Street

Salary: $3,100 per month
