Responsibilities

• Track inspection cases and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Handle public enquiries and complaints.
• Check inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage inspection documents and records.
• Consolidate reports and submit them to the Authority.
• Upload reports and supporting documents into the system.

Requirements

• Engineering Diploma or Degree.
• WSH experience.
• Specialist Diploma or Degree in WSH/Occupational Safety (or equivalent).
• Good communication, project management, and organisational skills.
• Able to manage timelines.
