Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Commis Chef to support senior chefs in food preparation and kitchen operations. This role provides an opportunity to develop professional culinary skills and progress within the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Chef de Partie and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare ingredients according to kitchen requirements.
• Assist in cooking, plating and food presentation.
• Ensure consistency of food quality and standards.
• Follow recipes and cooking procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations.
• Practise proper food storage and stock rotation.
• Assist with inventory checking and stock control.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support kitchen operations during service periods.
