Job Summary

Prepare and cook Nepalese and Indian cuisine dishes following recipes and quality standards. Support management by training and motivating staff to maintain high food quality and efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food following recipes, quality, presentation standards, and food preparation checklists to ensure timely service
• Monitor and maintain the quality of all food items served
• Assist management in training employees to improve skills and performance
• Support scheduling, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching kitchen staff to enhance team effectiveness
• Work on public holidays and weekends as required
• Take one rest day weekly
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary techniques and dishes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant work experience in Nepalese and Indian cuisines
