Full Time Field Trainer (Retail Store-based) Jobs, in Watsons Singapore - Maukerja

Who are we looking for:

As a Field Trainer, he/she will deliver in-store training and on-the-job coaching to strengthen the capabilities of frontline employees and support consistent service and operational standards across our retail stores. The incumbent should ideally have experience in retail operations, frontline training or coaching, preferably within a retail, FMCG or other customer-facing environment. He/She should be engaging, hands-on and passionate about developing people through practical learning, coaching and performance support.

What Awaits You:

• Conduct in-store training and on-the-job coaching for store colleagues.
• Deliver training in areas such as customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, operational standards and workplace practices.
• Support the onboarding and training of new store colleagues.
• Observe employees’ performance on the shop floor and provide practical coaching and feedback.
• Conduct refresher training to address identified performance or capability gaps.
• Reinforce the consistent application of company service and operational standards across stores.
• Gather feedback from store teams and share training observations with the Senior People Development Manager.
• Support the implementation of store learning and development initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

We are excited if you have:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least two to three years of experience in retail operations, frontline training or on-the-job coaching.
• Strong understanding of store operations, customer service and selling practices.
• Confident in facilitating training and coaching employees on the shop floor.
• Engaging, approachable and passionate about developing frontline colleagues.
• Hands-on, observant and able to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Able to work independently and engage effectively with Store Managers and store colleagues.
• Willing to travel between stores across Singapore and work according to retail operational requirements.
