The Role

A senior planning leadership position at the heart of a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operation:

• Lead capacity ramp-up across dedicated manufacturing modules to achieve revenue and demand targets
• Collaborate with operations, finance, quality, and engineering teams to ensure delivery stability and effective load balancing
• Oversee WIP flow management across multiple regional manufacturing sites
• Lead and develop the overall Planning team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of planning tools, systems, and processes
• Develop and align demand scenario execution models with divisional and operations leadership

What We're Looking For

A commercially astute, analytically rigorous planning director:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years in planning roles, with at least 5 years of team leadership experience
• Solid semiconductor planning experience and strong supply chain process knowledge
• Proven ability to lead multi-level teams and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional project leadership skills
• Fluent in English with confident, credible presentation skills
