We are looking for an Operational Risk Specialist for a Global MNC within the logistics space. This position will support operational risk management, crisis management, and business continuity activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to support compliance, audits, and inspections.
• Support business continuity planning (BCP) by reviewing existing plans, identifying gaps, and strengthening organizational resilience.
• Plan and facilitate risk assessments, control reviews, and simulation exercises to test operational readiness and response capabilities.
• Drive resilience awareness and training initiatives, embedding risk and continuity practices into day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Risk Management related.
• 3 years of working experience in Risk Management, BCP, BCM, Crisis Management related field.
• Experience with risk controls, business continuity planning, or crisis preparedness will be beneficial.
• Industry exposure to large physical infrastructure space such as logistics, manufacturing, real estate, or maritime is an advantage.
• Able to interpret data, produce clear reports, and engage with stakeholders from multiple levels.
• Comfortable working across teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and managing relationships with internal and external partners.
