Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper financial records.
• Manage SST filings and E-Invoice submissions in compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, ensuring accurate documentation, reconciliation, and audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and authorities on SST and E-Invoice matters while maintaining accurate tax data and staying updated on regulatory changes.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Maintain filing and documentation of finance-related records.
• Handle staff claims, reimbursements, and petty cash.
• Assist in payroll preparation and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely submission of payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
• Support budget tracking and expense monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST regulations, and LHDN E-Invoice requirements.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger functions.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
