Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Manager - Quality, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di CTI International (M) Johor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reports to Sr. Quality Manager on CM Quality related tasks.
• Act as the primary quality interface in CM division
• Monitor CM quality performance (QPPM, FPY, NCRs, Audits, customer scorecards etc). Review and approve quality documents and ensure CM's compliance to ISO 9001 or other industry standards.
• Conduct Product and Process audits at CM division and participate in internal/external audits that include CM scope.
• Manage QEs and other technical Quality Support ICQ/OQC/FQC validation and ensure process control.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5-Why).
• Lead/supervise the management of nonconformances and defect containment.
• Lead the CM qualification and readiness assessments with the CM Quality Team
• Lead and Supervise quality team and cross-functional teams in achieving overall quality excellence
• Responsible in establishment of process controls for Contract Manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 5-10 years experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Management or Contract Manufacturing
• Strong Customer Quality Engineering experience is an advantage
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP and SPC.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 or relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T
• High proficiency in data analysis and reporting
