Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Job Description

1. To attend new project internal Kick off Meeting conducted by Sales Department and prepare minute of meeting as part of project documentation.

2. To key in project milestone payment term in AX system for billing and collection forecasting and progress monitoring.

3. To monitor progress milestone payment as per schedule which forms part of the contract. Need to compile all documents as per requirement in order to facilitate billing. Issue billing instruction in AX system once documents are in place.

4. Prepare Internal Works Order (IWO) for new project including revise existing IWO as required e.g. change of contractual scope of supply.

5. In liaison with Production Department, to plan, schedule and monitor the production of the crane. To submit project schedule for Project Manager to review before release to client and distribution. To submit periodical progress report to Project Manager for review before release to client and distribution.

6. In liaison with Engineering Department, to ensure all documents (duly approved by client) related to the projects are in place for the successful completion of the crane.

7. To ensure speedy submission of documents to client for approval, as per document control list. Documents of particular interest are ITP, WPS and Painting Specification.

8. Combining 6 and 7, ensure all documents as per the VDRL (Vendor Documents Review List) are submitted as per the schedule of submission.

9. To review and verify Purchase Requisition (PR) before submitting to Purchasing Department for PO issuance.

10. To clarify technical details with suppliers of technical products whenever requested by buyer for speedy release of Purchase Order.

11. To review and verify Works Order (WO) before submitting it to Management for approval. Follow up with closing of WO upon received supplier invoice and payment supporting documents for Project Manager verification.

12. To review and clarify in detail project Scope of Supply (SOS) among Favelle Favco Group of Companies e.g. FFCA, FFCUSA, FFES, and KROLL.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Field (Mechanical, Electrical, or any others related).
• Preferably at least 1 or 2 years of experience in Project Management / Spare Parts Management.
• Fresh Graduate with Outgoing Personality will be considered.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be willing to work at Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
