Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Account Intern to join our Finance & Account Department. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, and administrative support.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Assist in invoice, payment voucher, and supporting document verification.
• Assist with filing, document management, and record keeping.
• Support inventory and stock reconciliation when required.
• Support e-Invoice documentation and other compliance-related tasks.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets.
• Perform administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance & Account Manager.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
