Kerja Sepenuh Masa Account Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Acme Chemicals (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for month end close process and ensuring financial reports are accurately and timely delivered for review by Finance Director.

2. In charge of management of Fixed Asset Register

3. Preparation of Management Accounts (monthly), cashflow and Financial Statements annually latest by 13th of the following month.

4. Posting Journal into SQL for accounting matters

5. Statutory reporting – work with external parties and regulatory bodies i.e., external auditors to ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with the respective standards and regulations.

6. To assist audit and tax related matters

7. Assist in maintaining and safekeeping of all finance documentation and to issue orders necessary to keep documents up to date to Finance Department members and HODs

8. Preparation of Cash Flow - Direct Method

9. Prepare Project Equipment BQ, ID and initial valuation record and prepare equipment stock take on quarterly / post rental contract.

10. Provide support to Finance Ops functions and Management on ad-hoc basis.

OTHERS

11. To participate fully in company’s QMS, EMS, HSEMS and other certification initiatives.

12. To perform other tasks as reasonably requested by other HODs and Management.

Skills and Experiences Required

Experienced in working on month-end financial closing and preparation of full-set accounts/financial statements

Years of Experience

At least 1.5 - 2 years working experience in Financial/Statutory Reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or CPA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA equivalent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
