Position Overview

This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, enquiries, and occupancy for all My Aged Care services. The candidate will work closely with management to develop digital content, campaigns, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for Nursing Home, PHC, MAC Mobile (Ambulance), MAC Physio, MAC Kitchen, and MAC Retail.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Website, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, videos, photos, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Plan and monitor digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Handle enquiries from leads received via social media, website, and phone calls.
• Support events, roadshows, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Coordinate marketing materials production (banners, signboards, flyers, etc.).
• Maintain the brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and propose improvements.
• Work with internal teams (Nursing, Operations, Physiotherapy, Ambulance) to highlight services accurately.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong creative skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing software.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to try new ideas.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Passionate about community engagement and promoting elderly care services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
