• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts—architects, interior designers, developers, and other specifiers.
• Build and maintain a project pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and updates in the CRM system.
• Report and manage all relevant data: project records, customer files, daily visit logs, and sales activities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
• Collaborate closely with distributors to win and convert specification projects into orders.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies as outlined by the management team.
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitive activity and market trends.
• Conduct effective product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team KPIs as set by the department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in a Specification-related role.
• Experience in interior-related materials (laminate, wallpaper, flooring, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
