Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Provide advisory on standard policy and Rewards interpretation, ensuring adherence to guidelines, processes, and tools, while supporting ODD and JM activities including assessments and documentation. Contribute to the design of effective Reward strategies and solutions aligned with PETRONAS' overall objectives.


Main Accountabilities

Organizational Design and Structure Development

  • Implement and execute the organizational design and structure development

Job Management

  • Implement the job management exercise as per the approved work process documentation

Job Role Profile Management

  • Support the maintenance of the existing/active job/role profile, and inactivation of the job/role profile based on the relevant business case

Position Management

  • Support the maintenance of the organization structures, changes to the existing positions, and creation of new positions based on the approved Position Management guidelines and criteria

ODD and Job Management Operations Excellence

  • Implement the development, and review of the ODD and Job Management processes
  • Ensure timely response to routine questions on ODD and Jo Management related areas and key functions

ODD and Job Management Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Conduct analytics on ODD and Job Management data patterns and trending with insights that add value to the business and stakeholders
  • Ensure timely submission of analytics and reporting

Contribute to development of Reward Strategy

  • Provide insight to support Reward Strategy

Provide Rewards Advisory and Solution

  • Provides advice on implementation of Rewards program to other HR professionals and business partners.
  • Consult other HR areas and business partners in developing solutions.
  • Leverage data analytics, insights and industry trends for internal/external benchmarking.
  • Propose appropriate reward programs e.g. Compensation, Wellness.

Stakeholder Management

  • Support the collaboration with relevant stakeholders to design significant interventions for issue resolutions
  • Provide advisory on process implementation, including solutions to business line
  • Establish and maintain relationship with external stakeholders to deliver a consistently positive customer experience


Requirement

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent


Years of Experience

  • 5-9 years of work experience
