Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budget and forecast processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.
- Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.
A Successful Senior FP&A Analyst Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- The ability to communicate financial data effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience in handling budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Competitive salary ranging from MYR 7,000 to MYR 9,500 monthly.
