Creative Content Lead

We're looking for a senior social-first creative with exceptional judgement and a sharp eye for what makes short-form video work.

This role is centred on ideas. You'll take client briefs and develop them into engaging, platform-native concepts, work with our production team to bring them to life, and review content throughout the creative process to ensure every piece is as strong as it can be.

While you'll manage projects and work closely with clients, we're looking for someone whose biggest strength is creative thinking. Someone who instinctively knows why one idea is stronger than another, spots weaknesses in a script or edit, and can explain how to improve it.

What You’ll Do

Creative Development:

• Develop original social-first concepts and campaign ideas.
• Transform complex briefs into engaging short-form video content.
• Write and refine scripts, hooks and creative treatments.

Creative Review:

• Review scripts and video edits, providing clear, actionable feedback.
• Ensure content is engaging, platform-native and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen storytelling, pacing and audience retention.

Project Ownership:

• Work closely with clients, videographers and editors to bring ideas to life.
• Present creative recommendations with confidence.
• Guide projects from concept through delivery while maintaining a high creative standard.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in social media, digital content, creative strategy, video production or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your role in ideating concepts, writing scripts and reviewing creative work for social-first video content.
• Strong creative judgement, with the ability to develop compelling concepts and identify opportunities to strengthen scripts and video edits.
• Deep understanding of what makes short-form content perform across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Confident presenting ideas and creative recommendations to clients.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
