WE’RE HIRING: AFTER-SALES / SERVICE MANAGER

We are expanding and opening a new branch. We are looking for a commercially driven, hands-on and progressive After-Sales / Service Manager to build and lead the operation.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage the new branch’s after-sales operation
Lead service advisors, foremen, technicians and support staff
Achieve monthly labour sales, parts sales and gross-profit targets
Improve workshop productivity, efficiency and bay utilisation
Develop customer-retention and service-reminder programmes
Build relationships with fleet and commercial-vehicle customers
Monitor repair quality, comeback cases and customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
Implement digital inspections and structured workshop processes
Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing after-sales team
Ensure proper repair-order, warranty and workshop documentation
Maintain workshop safety, discipline and 5S standards

We Are Looking for Someone Who Is

Energetic, ambitious and results-oriented
Hands-on and willing to lead by example
Comfortable working with KPIs, targets and performance reports
Open to new technology and improved working methods
Strong in leadership, customer service and problem-solving
Able to motivate technicians and service advisors
Commercially minded and capable of managing branch profitability
Willing to visit customers and develop new after-sales business

Requirements

• Minimum five years of automotive after-sales experience
• Experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Senior Service Advisor
• Good understanding of workshop operations, labour sales, parts sales and gross-profit management
• Experience with pickup trucks, diesel vehicles, commercial vehicles or fleet customers will be an advantage
• Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Management or a related field is preferred
• Possess a valid driving licence

Basic salary of approximately RM5,000–RM7,000, depending on experience
