Job Summary
The Workplace Experience Manager will support overall office management with strong focus on soft services and enhancing the guest experience. The role covers areas such as helpdesk support, concierge services, reception management, floor ambassador duties, event coordination, and facilitating VIP visits to the office showroom.
The role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression for employees, clients, and senior-level guests. Ideal candidates would come from a premium hospitality environment (such as hotels, airlines, or luxury retail) or possess strong sales/business development experience, with proven abilities in customer service, personal presentation, and stakeholder relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations, including workplace services, vendors, maintenance, and housekeeping coordination.
- Ensure a high-quality workplace experience by maintaining service standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee front-of-house services including reception, concierge, helpdesk, and floor ambassador activities.
- Deliver a premium guest experience by applying hospitality standards similar to luxury hotels, airlines, or corporate hospitality environments.
- Train, guide, and support frontline teams to provide professional, consistent, and customer-focused service.
- Manage VIP visits, executive meetings, client delegations, and showroom tours with strong attention to protocol and service etiquette.
- Support internal and external events by coordinating logistics, guest experience, and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with departments such as HR, Marketing, and Public Relations to ensure smooth workplace engagements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes, workflows, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track service performance, prepare reports, and utilize digital tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality (hotel, airline, luxury retail), sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing frontline operations, and supporting executive-level receptions or VIP visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital workplace tools.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to coach and develop frontline teams to deliver excellent corporate hospitality standards.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational efficiency and service excellence.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
