Big Fat Smile is looking for a passionate Junior Creative Designer to join our growing Creative & Branding team.

You'll work on exciting FMCG brands across e-commerce, retail, digital marketing and product packaging, creating designs seen by thousands of customers every day.

Whether you're a fresh graduate with an impressive portfolio or have up to 2 years of experience, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Design graphics for social media, websites and digital campaigns.
  • Create marketplace creatives for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopify.
  • Design product packaging and marketing materials.
  • Assist in branding and campaign creative development.
  • Prepare artwork for digital and print production.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Media and E-Commerce teams.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and productivity.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
  • Up to 2 years of graphic design experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout and colour theory.
  • Creative, organised and detail-oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about branding, e-commerce and visual storytelling.
  • Willing to work in Johor Bahru.
