Job Scope – AIA Life Planner

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting activities.
• Conduct financial needs analysis to understand clients’ goals, priorities, and protection needs.
• Recommend suitable life insurance and takaful solutions, including medical, critical illness, accident, education, savings, retirement, and legacy planning.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial protection, wealth preservation, and long-term financial planning.
• Assist clients with policy applications, documentation, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing.
• Provide after-sales service, including policy reviews, claims assistance, beneficiary updates, and ongoing financial consultations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing professional advice and excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on AIA products, industry regulations, and market trends through continuous training and professional development.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Participate in recruitment, mentoring, and team development opportunities to grow a successful agency career.

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
