Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quality and Engineering Admin, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Emico Penang Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Primary function:

• Create, update and maintain engineering documents, including work instructions and process changes. Ensure all engineering-related documents are properly controlled, maintained, recorded and distributed according to ducument control requirements.
• Prepare and update SOPs, work instructions, forms, inspection records, and quality procedures.
• Maintain and control quality documents, records, and reports in accordance with document control requirements.
• Ensure all quality documents are properly filed, updated, and distributed to relevant departments.
• Monitor document revision status and maintain effective document control.
• Prepare and update Monthly Quality Performance Reports for Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Inspection activities, including Supplier CAR, Process CAR, and Customer Complaints.
• Compile and maintain quality data, KPI reports and other quality records.
• Follow up on NCMR, SCAR, PCAR, corrective actions, and customer complaints until closure.
• Maintain and update calibration records and Equipment Calibration Master List.
• Coordinate equipment calibration activities with Purchasing and relevant departments.
• Ensure calibration certificates and reports are valid and properly maintained.
• Support ISO 9001 documentation and compliance activities.
• Assist in internal and external audit preparation and coordination.
• Liaise with Production, Engineering, suppliers, and other departments on quality-related matters.
• Provide administrative support to the QA Manager or Quality Engineer.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Education and qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
