• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or the automotive industry is an advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Purchasing

• Prepare vehicle purchase agreements.
• Liaise with vehicle sellers regarding documentation and vehicle handover.
• Coordinate with BYD Sales Consultants when purchase deductions are required.
• Complete ownership acceptance via OneMotoring (where applicable).
• Process supplier payments.
• Monitor vehicle handover schedules and prepare handover acknowledgement forms.
• Update internal master reports and GST records.
• Maintain proper filing of all purchase documents.

Vehicle Sales (Online & Local)

• Prepare sales agreements and invoices.
• Upload vehicle listings to online sales platforms.
• Respond to enquiries from online sales platforms and customers.
• Monitor vehicle stock availability and sales offers.
• Update pricing for unsold inventory.
• Upload deregistration certificates.
• Remove sold listings promptly.
• Monitor customer payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
