What You'll Do

• Get hands-on running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for real leads and results
• Track budgets and performance daily, and learn to read what the data is really saying
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation, copywriting, and customer engagement work
• Keep AI-generated content sharp, on-brand, and consistent
• Work closely with the creative team on campaign visuals and strategy
• Turn performance data into practical ideas for better ROI
• Keep learning — Meta Ads updates, social trends, AI tools all move fast, and so will you

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
• Meta Ads or e-commerce experience
• Good communication skills and a real team-player attitude
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia
• A responsible, proactive, "I'll figure it out" attitude goes a long way here
