• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Introduce and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Invite prospective clients to attend Zoom meetings or physical appointments to learn more about the cooperative's products and services.
• Assist clients with enquiries and guide them throughout the application process.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on customer requests.
• Accompany or assist clients with bank-related matters when required.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
