Role Description The AI Learning Specialist is an on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing learning programs that build employee capabilities in AI, digital services, and related technologies. Day-to-day tasks include developing instructional materials, configuring and administering learning management systems, coordinating training sessions, and monitoring learner progress and outcomes. The AI Learning Specialist collaborates with technical and business teams to identify skill gaps, translate complex concepts into accessible learning content, and continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis. The role also involves supporting onboarding programs, maintaining training documentation, and ensuring learning initiatives align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Learning Management and Training & Development to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning programs.
• Experience with Instructional Design to create structured, engaging, and outcome-focused training content.
• Effective Communication skills to facilitate training sessions, present complex information clearly, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems to administer courses, track learner performance, and generate training reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing learning for technology topics such as AI, data analytics, or digital platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze training needs, interpret learning data, and recommend improvements to programs and content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Petaling Jaya and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
