Responsibilities

Financial Operations

• Handle day to day tasks including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and processing expense reports to keep records current.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting records for accurate ledgers.

Reporting & Compliance

• Support month end close and prepare basic financial reports to inform team decisions.
• Assist with audit preparation and ensure transactions follow company policies and regulatory requirements.

Payroll & Cash Management

• Process payroll inputs and track payroll processing activities to ensure timely payments.
• Monitor cash flows, manage petty cash reconciliation, and help schedule vendor payments.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 0 years of working experience, suitable for fresh graduates or entry level candidates.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Accounting Records, Expense Reports, Cash Flows, Payroll Processing.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel for basic reporting is preferred.
