Key Responsibilities:-

• To review and analyse subsidiary Companies Financial Report, to monitor company’s performance and to identify potential weaknesses.
• Ensure compliance with the corporate directive and appropriate statutory and legal requirements.
• Prepare feasibility studies on development projects.
• Review tax computation and quarterly tax revision. Handle submission of tax return.
• Compilation of subsidiary company’s Budget and Forecast. Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, performance monitoring and analyse reports.
• Monitor timely submission and review of monthly accounts.
• Funding and treasury management.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring internal controls and credit controls.
• Assist in policies, processes and financial systems identification and implementation.
• Credit control and sales administration for property sales, leasing and tenancy collection.
• Assist in Property management for completed assets/ investment properties.
• To conduct bank and other reconciliation.
• Handle general administrative functions.
• To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or CA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in property development industry.
• A team player who is independent, self-motivated, committed, proactive and possess initiative.
• Good knowledge of MFRS 15, MFRS 16, local tax and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge in IFCA system would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
