About the Role

Stellar Customer Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationship management initiatives, improve customer engagement, and support retention strategies through data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CRM databases.
  • Execute customer engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor customer data and campaign performance.
  • Prepare CRM reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of CRM or marketing experience preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
