Support the Centre Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff, customer service, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the massage centre.
• Supervise therapists and front desk staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer feedback or complaints.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
• Monitor appointment bookings and walk-in customers.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with sales targets, membership promotions, and retail product sales.
• Handle cash transactions, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.
• Train new employees and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory of massage oils, towels, and other supplies.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the industry.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS/booking systems.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
