QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Proven relative industry experience for a minimum of 5 years, experience in Body Transformation
• Possess valid Personal Training/Coaching certification/s (NSCA ,ACE, ACSM) or equivalent
• Valid CPR, AED and First Aid Certification
• Extensive sales experience
• Established client based or network in Singapore is essential
• Excellent client management and lead generation skills
• Independent, high commitment and drive
• Strong qualifications across multiple areas of Health & Fitness
• Willing to work flexible hours during the day or week including early mornings, weekends and public holiday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Body transformation specialist creating personalised fitness programs and meal plans to achieve targeted body fat percentage goals
• Conduct fitness assessments or consultation to present, promote and sell our services to prospective clients.
• Develop a safe and effective exercise personal training programmes in order to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals
• Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for the fitness tech development team to formulate customer lifetime value and new technologies to drive the new fitness app project.
• Enhance profitability by organising and delivering an appropriate range of fitness programmes and revenue-generating activities such as complimentary workouts, road shows, seminars etc
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets or KPI as set out by the Company
• Contribute to social media content/marketing
