Work Location: Queenstown

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
8.30am to 12.30pm (Alt Sat)

1 Yr contract + completion bonus + OT payable

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with GIA reporting and insurance claim documentation
• Prepare repair quotations and all required paperwork
• Arrange rental vehicles for customers when needed
• Track parts availability and monitor the progress of repair works
• Coordinate with insurance companies to schedule surveyor assessments and secure repair approvals
• Liaise with independent service providers on claim‑related activities
• Process reimbursement claims such as loss‑of‑use or rental vehicle claims
• Support Customer Service Advisors and reception by answering calls within 3 rings using professional telephone etiquette

Key Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent education
• Preferred with 2 years of experience handling insurance claims submissions and related administrative tasks
• Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal skills
