Responsibilities

• In-charge-of Purchasing Functions, sourcing, recommending and negotiating of/with suppliers
• Procurement of correct quantity and quality of goods to maintain continuous operation at the same time keeping the inventory at the lowest safe level. 
• Ensure timely delivery and constant monitoring of all outstanding orders.
• Conduct yearly reviews with key suppliers.
• Establishing agreements for key commodities.
• Establishing and maintaining good communication with all departments to ensure efficient communications.
• Compile purchasing cost saving report
• All Purchasing related administrative work

Requirements

•  Diploma in Engineering or O Level with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
•  Possess outstanding interpersonal and strong negotiation skills, ability to work independently.
• Experience in vendor quality management and practices in purchasing & inventory management.
