Job Description

·        Oversee various accounting functions and control activities related to financial areas such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset etc.

·        Responsible for the completion of month-end closing tasks

·        Responsible in the completion of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns

·        Preparation of year-end financial statements in accordance with legal requirements

·        Report on cash flow on a weekly basis

·        Quarterly submission of GST

·        Liaise with auditor, company secretarial, tax agent and bankers

·        Support budgeting and financial analysis when required

·        Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement

·        Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

·        Experience in Full set accounting would be an added advantage

·        Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience

·        Experience in Autocount Accounting System preferred

·        Meticulous and Organized

·        Able to work independently, proactively and positive attitude
