Job Summary

Lead and manage kitchen operations to deliver high-quality Korean cuisine, ensuring food safety, cost control, and team development in a professional and efficient environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the kitchen team to achieve operational efficiency and uphold professional culinary standards
• Monitor and ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and safety standards to meet customer expectations
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control processes to optimize kitchen resources and reduce waste
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to develop culinary skills and maintain high standards of food preparation
• Prepare and cook Korean side dishes and main dishes according to authentic recipes and standards (Must Know)
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols
