URGENT HIRING : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

LOCATION : JALAN PERMATA 8/KS9, TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN AIR HITAM, 41200 KLANG.

RANGE SALARY : RM 2700.00 - RM 3200.00

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our team.

Responbilities:

- Handle full set accounts, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation.

- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices and official receipts.

- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

- Maintain Ledger and Journal Entry.

- Assist in payroll, statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).

- Maintain proper filing and documentation

- Support daily administrative and office operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or related field

- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience

- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL Accounting)

- Good in Microsoft Excel

- Responsible, organized, and work independently

- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
