Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Support: Assist contractors and applicators with surface checks, mock-ups, and correct product mixing or layer application.
• Product Demonstrations: Run live technical demos for systems
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose dampness, leaks, or substrate failure and recommend corrective chemical treatments.
• Technical Reporting: Document site visits, material usage, and test results for internal R&D or sales teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow regional building codes and job-site safety rules.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on work in construction or waterproofing.
• Knowledge: Understanding of concrete substrates, moisture mitigation, and waterproofing materials.
• Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical data sheets, and communicate clearly with trade teams.
• Education: High school diploma or a vocational trade certificate in building or construction.
