(Company Transport Provided from MRT)

Working Hours: 12 Hours shift rotation (7 AM - 7 PM / 7 PM - 7 AM) - Shift allowance per day provided.

About the Role

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing company seeking an Assistant Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvement initiatives, and production activities within a structured and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
Monitor manufacturing processes and assist in troubleshooting process and quality-related issues.
Coordinate production schedules and support operational planning activities.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support equipment maintenance coordination and continuous improvement projects.
Monitor material usage and support inventory control activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Requirements

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, engineering support, process operations, or related environments.
Candidates from electronics, semiconductor, precision engineering, chemical processing, or manufacturing industries are welcome to apply.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn.
